2. Clinical Governance & Professional Standards
All medical professionals placed through Genix are required to maintain active licensure and adhere to the highest clinical standards.
- Facilities and private clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for our staff.
- Genix reserves the right to withdraw services if clinical safety or professional integrity is compromised.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Whether you are a facility manager, a clinician, or a family representative, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding care needs or clinical credentials.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations (including HIPAA).
- Use our digital platforms solely for the purpose of managing care and staffing.
4. Billing and Payments
- Facilities: Staffing fees are governed by the specific Service Agreement executed between Genix and the facility.
- Home Care: Payments for private duty care are due according to the schedule outlined in the individual Care Plan.
- Transparency: As part of our commitment to “Total Clinical Transparency,” all charges will be clearly documented and easy to track via our portal.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is paramount. All personal and health-related data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA requirements. Our “Lead Health-Tech Architect” ensures that our systems utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Genix acts as a coordinator of care and a staffing partner. While we rigorously vet all professionals, Genix is not liable for:
- The independent clinical judgment of placed professionals.
- Interventions or outcomes that occur outside the scope of our coordinated care plan.
- Technical interruptions in our real-time alert systems or digital platforms.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in conduct that threatens the safety of our patients or clinical staff.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in healthcare law or our business model. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
